This policy explains what personal data vouchy.shop collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is owned and operated by Muhammad Bilawal, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan, who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

What we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us, submit a coupon, leave a comment or create an account, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical and usage data. When you visit, our host and analytics tools record data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit.
- Cookie data. See our Cookie Policy for the detail, including affiliate tracking cookies set by retailers and their networks.
We never collect payment information. vouchy.shop takes no payments and has no checkout, so we do not ask for, receive or store card numbers, bank details or billing addresses. We will never ask you for a password to any other service.
Why we use it
- To operate and secure the website.
- To answer your emails and handle coupon submissions and comments.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and stores are useful so we can improve the site.
- To record that a visit to a retailer came from us, so commission can be attributed. This is done through the retailer’s or network’s cookie, not by us building a profile of you.
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests for site operation, security and aggregate analytics; consent for non-essential cookies; and contract or legitimate interests for handling your account and correspondence.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share with
- Service providers who run the site for us, such as our web host, email provider, security and analytics tools. They process data on our instructions.
- Affiliate networks and retailers, which receive click and conversion data through their own cookies when you click through to a store. Their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policies.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
How long we keep it
Emails and submissions: up to 24 months after the matter is closed. Account data: while your account exists, plus a short period afterwards. Server and analytics logs: normally up to 14 months. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.
International transfers
The site is operated from Pakistan and uses providers that may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email mbilawalaye@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and we do not charge for this.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will remove it.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site and keep our software updated. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data we hold.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
